2 ripe Hass avocadoes, peeled, pitted and diced
2 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup milk 3/4-1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 quart plain yogurt
salt, if needed, to taste
First of all, puree the bananas and avocados in blender.
Take milk, nutmeg, yogurt, cinnamon, lemon juice, sugar and add them and mix till become smooth.
Then add in salt.
Allow to chill in refrigerator for 180 min.
