First of all, distribute the greens on the four dishes.
Chop the cheese into cubes and get rid of rind and put on the greens top.
Whisk the olive oil, lemon rind and juice.
After this, take the dressing and drizzle over the greens and cheese distributing equally into FOUR dishes.
