2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon dried oregano salt and pepper
First of all, mash buttermilk and cheese together till look like the cottage cheese consistency.
Then blend in the rest of items.
After this, add the salt and pepper according to your own choice.
Allow to rest in refrigerator, covered, for a minimum of a couple of hrs.
