1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
50 g bacon ( one large slice or rasher) 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (optional) 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika (optional)
First of all, cook the bacon in skillet and put aside.
Use the cheese as sprinkle all over every crumpet and then sprinkle the pepper and paprika.

Then grill for approximately TEN min or till cheese melts into crumpet.
