Cooking Potato Salad With Mustard Dressing and Bacon

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 cup coarse grain mustard or 1/2 cup mustard, your favorite

1/4 cup cider vinegar

3 garlic cloves, minced salt and pepper, to taste

1 lb bacon

5 lbs white potatoes, peeled if desired, cut into

3/4 inch pieces

4 stalks celery, sliced thin

6 green onions, sliced thin

1 1/2 cups red onions, chopped

9 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Directions

First, take the mayonnaise, mustard and whisk them together with garlic and vinegar in a bowl.

Add the salt and pepper according to your own choice.

Then keep in refrigerator, covered.

After this, cook the bacon in sauté pan till crunchy.

Then drain them and crumble them.

After this, boil the potatoes in pot till become soft.

Then drain them and shift to bowl.

Allow to cool for ¼ hour.

Blend the eggs, red onions, green, bacon, celery, dressing into potatoes.

Add the salt and pepper if required.

Allow to chill.
