Completed in 1959, the Guggenheim is the last major work of architect Frank Lloyd Wright and its shell-like façade is one of the city’s landmarks. Inside, displayed along walls that curve gently down the spiral ramp from the top, is one of the finest collections of modern and contemporary art in the world.
