1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup icing sugar

2 tablespoons grated fresh lemon rind

3/4 cup butter, softened


Take flour, cornstarch and mix them with icing sugar and lemon rind in bowl.

After this, mix in butter.

Knead till soft and smooth dough is formed.

After this, roll the dough.

Chop with cookie cutters.

Put on baking sheets.

Use the colored sugars as sprinkle.

Bake for approximately 1/3 hour at THREE HUNDRED (3oo) degrees

Fahrenheit or till corners become light brown in color.

Take out of sheet and allow to cool thoroughly.
