1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten slightly
2 cups milk
2 7/8 ounces fried onions sour cream, for garnish chopped chives, for garnish
First of all, grease the deep dish pie plate.
Use the cooked and crumbled bacon in the bottom of pie plate.
Then use the cheese as sprinkle.
Take the eggs and mix them together with milk in bowl and then pour this mixture over cheese and bacon in plate.
Use the onions as sprinkle all over.
Then bake for approximately 1⁄2 to 3⁄4 hour at THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (35o) degrees till set in the middle.
Then chop into wedges.
Use the sour cream and chives as garnishes.
