2 pork chops, trimmed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 sweet potatoes or 1 yam, peeled 1 orange, cut in half, one half in slices the other half left whole 1 dash cinnamon salt cayenne pepper
First of all, cook the chops in oil.
After this, squeeze juice of half orange all over the pork chops.
While you are cooking the chops deglaze the pan.
Then chop the sweet potato into slices.
Take the meat, sweet potato slices, juice and put them in baking dish.
Use the cinnamon as sprinkle along with salt, and cayenne pepper.
Cover with the slices of orange.
Finally, bake for 60 min, covered, at THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (35o) degrees
Fahrenheit or till meat become soft.
