2 lbs fresh ahi tuna
1 small round onion, julienne cut
3 green onions, diced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated fresh ginger
3 finely diced garlic cloves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Chinese chili sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt or 1 teaspoon kosher salt
First of all, chop the Ahi into cubes and put aside and put in refrigerator.
Mix the rest of items in glass bowl and then keep in refrigerator for a minimum of ½ hour.
Then toss Ahi and the rest of items.
You can serve this delicious recipe with chopsticks on a dish.
